client Onboarding Support

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Onboarding Support position at IndiaBizForSale in Ahmedabad. As a Client Support Executive, you will be responsible communication with the clients guiding them through our onboarding process, and ensuring their successful integration onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers define their needs and requirements.
  • Engage on phone calls, emails and chat to ensure customers are assisted during onboarding process.
  • Create repeatable processes, resources and frameworks to use during onboarding customers.
  • Own and manage customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills (mainly English)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • 1 - 2 years experience in client onboarding or customer support role
