2. 2 No’s Lamination machines one is a 1350 mm wide solvent-less lamination machine from Schiavi (Italy) make & the second one is a 1000mm solvent base lamination machine.
3. 4 No’s slitting & Rewinding machines with editing & rewinding facilities.
4. 7 no’s pouching machines ,having centre seal , three side seal, 5 side seal, bottom seal, perforated pouches, Standi pouch with zipper & sprout pouch making & side seal facilities.
5. One 1250 mm multi layer poly extrusion machine,
6. 1 monolayer poly extrusion machines of 650mm size,
7. One PP 550mm extruder & other supportive machines spread.
8. 4 lakh kilo calorie Thermax make Thermic Fluid heater & 2 Elgi make air compressors.
9.1000 Kva Transformer & 2 Gen sets with 650Kva back up with complete power room such as control panels & power stabilizers & Roof top solar of 143KW.
With The above facilities, we have a total capacity to deliver 2000 metric tons of packing material annually having a complete in house lab set up to test all the materials. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.
