• 3 BHK Flat will have average 1400 sq.ft. and 2 BHK will have average 1100 sq.ft.
• 3 BHK is priced between INR 68-70 lakhs and 2 BHK priced between INR 56-58 lakhs
• All Flats will have personal parking
• The Residential complex will have all modern facilities like Fire safety, Power Back Up, Multi-Function Hall, security system, Gym, Rain water harvesting and swimming pool.
The total project cost is 20 crores of which company is already invested some part for construction. The company is looking for INR 5 crores investment. The company is ready to pay 18 percent interest rate of this amount or they are ready to pay lower interest rate plus the investor can take profit from this project.
They have done more than 70 projects in Architectural, Supervision, structure and design, interiors. They have also successfully completed 2 Residential projects in construction and all flats were sold.
