The asking price includes INR50,000 refundable rental deposits, entirely set up of clients.
In machinery, we have peeler, slicer, dryer, blanching, flavoring, frying, and office equipment are also there. All setup cost us around INR7,00,000
The selling price is negotiable.
Reason
Handling both production and sales is difficult for me alone as my expertise is in production and operations, not sales.

We are into the manufacturing of potato chips, wheel fryums and onion rings. We make potato chips and fry wheels and onion rings. We do have plans to add more namkeen items in phase 2..
We had started the production unit in Jan 2020 but because of the pandemic, it was shut down in March 2020. Then we re-started production in Jan 2021 and catering only to Movie theatres in bulk as of now and produce the same only on an order basis. We have not yet started the retail sales in General Trade.
The production unit is around 500 sq ft and we have semi-automatic machines for making potato chips. We follow the same SOP as Lays production and produce good quality products in a very hygienic manner as compared to other local players. We are registered with FSSAI and have all other necessary registrations.
We are using PP covers both plain and printed for packaging and yet to plan for nitrogen-filled foil pouch packaging which is kept for phase 2.
Looking for interested individuals/companies who can take over the unit as it is. If not, one can get associated with us as working sales partner, which may be worked out. I am not looking for only investors as of now.
The profit margin in this field is 20-25%.
We sell 50grm chips packet at INR12.50
The approximate per-month expenses of the business are INR45,000.
