We are in the business of Infrastructure services since 2008. We provide services on pan India level like Fire protection system designing, supply & installation, HVAC, Structural fabrication, Plumbing etc. We are registered under “Maharashtra Fire Servicesâ€, ISO certified and NSIC Crisil rated & also we are registered part II MSME. We operate from a rented office at Dombivali (E), Thane. We have reputed Client list including Mumbai International Airport, Pan card Clubs Ltd., Welspun Energy Ltd., Navi Mumbai SEZ,GHP Group, Century Rayon Ltd. Etc. The business has earned good reputation in the market and is known for completing its projects on time with use of latest technology, dedicated service & workmanship. Last year’s turnover was Rs. 1.20 Crores. In last quarter, we made around Rs. 70 Lacs. Capital invested by us: Rs. 25-30 Lacs.Currently 30 people employed. There are few options: (1) If anybody interested to finance us of INR 40 Lakhs, we will pay the same with the interest of 15-18% P.A. on reducing balance method. (2) Buyer can take over all Credits, Debts & Responsibilities and purchase all the Rights for INR 50 Lacs. (3) Complete sale with all registrations. Price: INR 1 Cr.
