Previously, we operated as a cafe but due to some issues, we had to shut it down and transitioned to a cloud kitchen model. Nonetheless, we still have some cafe equipment that can be used to restart the cafe. This includes 3 Italian-finished tables with 12 accompanying chairs, wall-mounted tables with chairs, a glass and wooden partition, and a cafe branding board. We also have required equipment for cloud kitchen which includes Deep Freezer, a Large chiller (6*3 ft), double flyer, Refrigerator, pizza microwave oven, high end microwave, waffle & pancakes machine, 5 types of mixers, 4 SS tables, storage area, utensils & the range. In 2021-2022, we crossed the turnover of 37 lacs. However, due to the business was not operational for 2 months in 2022, we dropped to 27 Lacs of turnover this year.
