Our firm manufactures Idli & Dosa batter with high quality ingredient and shelf life of 10 days without preservatives and 100% natural ingredients, which no other brand is currently offering. Supplies to 150-200 shops in Pune within radius of 4-5 kms from manufacturing location which is just 10% of the Pune market with clear leadership in the area we serve, having the potential to reach more clients and also expand to Mumbai without an additional manufacturing facility. We also supply it to Big Basket and modern retail chains like Dorabjees. Have a 1,000 sq ft of factory with 3 high capacity grinders, 1 RO water purifier and a packing machine. On a daily basis, we produce 200 kgs of output however the plant has 1,200 kgs of production capacity. The firm aims to reach break even at 400 kgs output. Founder has experience in supply chain and is a food consultant. With our know-how we have been able to provide good quality food with high shelf life. This also allows us to reach customers 200 kms away from manufacturing facility. We have tried and tested the product and the business model successfully in the given area.
