Ft., located in an industrial area in Salem (rented premise), with the manufacturing capacity; Dust formulation – 20MT per day per shift, Liquid formulation – 5,000 Litres per day per shift. The products are currently marketed in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Maharashtra and Karnataka. The Company has identified potential scope to market their products further to North India, especially in Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. One of the key cautionary point is that the business performance is dependent on the monsoon. Apart from the Managing Director, the staffing includes; Factory In charge – 1, Office In charge – 1, Chemist – 1, Labours – 7, Contact Labours – 5. Turnover for the Last Financial year was; INR 1.28 Cr. The Company is looking to divest the business. They are negotiable on the consideration payable.
